** A Disappointing Experience** I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Julie and Zach from Market Force Commercial Realty. To say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Julie, in particular, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. She failed to present our final offer to the seller, leaving us in the dark about the status of our negotiations. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, Julie remained unresponsive. It's baffling how someone in her position could neglect such a crucial aspect of her job. Zach, while initially helpful, eventually followed in his mother's footsteps. When we informed them that we were no longer interested due to their poor communication, they didn't bother responding. Not even a counteroffer or acknowledgment
