I contacted Maria regarding an apartment in Jersey City. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but her communication was unprofessional and she has terrible customer service. She was unwilling to answer basic questions and told me I could find another broker if I'd prefer...and I will. I'd rather work with someone who has the knowledge and experience you would expect from a profession realty broker. I gave her 1 star because it's the minimum you can rate a person/business. She deserves no stars!
