Marden Ridge Apartments

I love Marden Ridge, very spacious apartment. The front office there are no words for Jennifer and Maria, love coming in the office and being greeted with a nice smile! Very lovely women easy to talk to and for me I have the greatest respect for them. Apartment is great no complaints had a few issues with roaches but nothing a few pest control visits couldn't help, even the guy that came was very nice and informative. Been here for a year now and definitely looking forward to more years and just enjoying the space and surrounding. Thank you to Jennifer and Maria!

Honest Review of Marden Ridge – A Major Disappointment I had high hopes when I first moved into Marden Ridge, but after living here for a while, I can confidently say it has been a huge disappointment. From the misleading promises about a “smoke-free” community to the constant noise and lack of maintenance, this place is far from what it claims to be. False Advertising About a Smoke-Free Community One of the main reasons I chose Marden Ridge was because I was told it was a smoke-free property. That could not be further from the truth. There are people smoking on their balconies, in the breezeways, and even around the amenities like the pool and dog park. Not only is it unpleasant, but it also makes it extremely difficult for non-smokers to enjoy their own space. Management is fully aware

My wife and I love our apartment it looks great! Shout out to Maria and Sylvana they are amazing! They help us out with everything we need and the Maintenance team are like ninjas quick, efficient, and ready for anything. I give it 4 stars because even though the staff is great the tenants are the problem here. Not all of them but a lot of them do not respect the property or the neighbors. The poor cleaning crew has to clean up after so many of the messes they leave here and some neighbors are loud and obnoxious. If this changes I’ll gladly change it to a 5 star review.

Have been living here since January 2024. Love the apartment. Jennifer has been amazing and a lifesaver. Maria is so sweet. Maintenance is great, especially Gabriel. Highly recommend living here!

Jennifer is one of the most nicest and attentive people who work here. You can always ask her if you need anything and she with help with whatever you need. She’s very understanding and caring. She gets to know all her tenants and make sure to make a connection. She makes this community so much better!
