Maplewood Pointe Apartments

Hi,I'm asking everyone do not come here, everything in this place is not good (bathrooms, kitchen, AC ,heating) .they let you move in before they start charging you. Latoya doesn't care about what you ask her for maintnance .the pooh water blew out in everywhere in my house and Latoya blaime us .I have referred 4 friends and they have the same problem.

Ok so I will say that moving from Florida the pictures had me thinking it was nice . JR hes a really good salesman had me thinking that we had a really nice apartment once we moved in we started having issues. To say that our apartment was the only one with black appliances was something but the stove only had 2 eyes that worked and the numbers were completely off the oven . Kitchen sink was coming up never got fixed When something was wrong called and the maintenance man tall bald head one with golds in his mouth to be extact always had an attitude and something slick to say out his mouth. Ants were terrible big water bugs ( roaches ) no one ever came to see about anything until we come back to back but would put its completed. I called yesterday and entered in a voicemail submission for maintenance tickets for a severe issue, flooding in the bathroom. While I could not reach the Office through the main call line, I then used maintenance dial 3, and after that— the maintenance men were very quick to respond and got here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. It took some time to fix, plumbing issues can be a hassle, but they got it done within the day and ensured it no longer had flooding issues. The bathroom is now clean and usable again with no leaking. The only issue is I did have to get a wetvac to dry my carpet as it leaked to the room under the wall, but that is not a big deal. This Place Is a Health Hazard — Do Not Move Here I don’t write reviews often, but what’s happening at Maplewood Pointe Apartments is too serious to stay silent. My girlfriend — who is pregnant, has sickle cell disease, and now battling COVID-19 — signed a lease here and has been mistreated from the very beginning. She was originally approved for a specific unit, but while she was hospitalized, they gave her apartment away without notifying her at all. After her release, she paid to move into another unit they assigned — but they refused to let us tour it beforehand, and it was a complete disaster when she arrived. Here’s what we walked into: • Roaches in multiple areas • Foul, lingering odor throughout the unit, especially the master closet, which made her clothes stink • Kitchen drawe

I just moved here, apart from my apartment being nice and cozy, the treatment is excellent. Mr. J.R. Davenport was excellent from the first word I said I was staying here. My English is not perfect but he tried to understand me as best as possible. I loved his kindness. I would give him 10 stars if he had them....
