Maple Run Apartments

Upon moving into my apartment at Maple Run, I was very impressed with how smoothly the transition went and how attentive the staff has been. Sam and Gary took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one with professionalism and care. Every maintenance request I had was handled promptly and thoroughly, which gave me peace of mind right from the start. Sam’s communication and willingness to ensure I was comfortable in my new home made me feel valued as a resident, while Gary’s strong work ethic and attention to detail ensured everything was completed properly and on time. My fiancé, kids, and myself resided in the Maple Run apartment complex for almost two years. The area we were in was quiet, our service requests were always completed either same day or next day, and the office staff was always courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend renting from them if you are looking for an amazing two or three bedroom home. They will definitely treat you like family.

Delphia May was the one to show us around and she was so very helpful! She was kind and funny and we felt very comfortable asking her anything about the apartments. She was very knowledgable and friendly. We loved the layout of the complex and how quiet it was and how neat the grounds were. Great place and we hope to call it home.

This place is joke. You feel out an application and get approved. They take your security deposit and then if you change your mind and cant move in, they WILL NOT give you back your security deposit even thought the apartment was not ready until 2 weeks later. No lease was signed. The lady that I spoke with was rude and hung up on me. We seen the apartment before it was ready. It had mold in the windows, etc. Would not recommend this complex at all.
