Maple Ranch

When i first moved in everything for the most part was great but at that time there wasn't many residents living here yet. Now that they're pretty much at full capacity the parking is a NIGHTMARE! If you work nights or overnight or just simply have plans for the evening good luck finding a parking spot close to your building. By 8pm all the parking spots by my building are gone, the only available spots SOMETIMES are the compact to where everyone barely fits, so they tend to take up 2 parking spaces just to make sure their car doesn't get hit or so they can simply get out of their car! Oh and if you have a child you need to get out or put in their car seat, no chance! I have to park on the complete opposite side carrying multiple bags and 2 small children late at night a few nights a week.

Less than a month ago, my family and I were visiting a friend in Leander when we passed by The Maple. I remember telling my wife, “Hey, look at those townhomes — they look amazing! I’d love to live there someday.” The very next day, I checked out their website to see the prices and floor plans. We liked what we saw, so we decided to schedule a visit. My wife was really impressed when the leasing agent showed her a two-bedroom townhome — she absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop talking about it. I went to see it myself, and honestly, I was amazed too — the place has a private yard, a garage, and a beautiful layout. Just two weeks later, we were already moving into this wonderful place!

Nice property but don’t expect to be able to use the internet after 11pm EVERY Saturday night! You can’t get your own internet plan so you have no control over when they decide to RESET THE INTERNET EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT! 70% chance that it comes back on within 10 min the other 30% you are stuck without internet until they decide to fix it sometime sunday or even Monday

I've been a Maple Ranch resident since May, and I wouldn't change a thing about it. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere makes it feel so homey. The well-lit pathways make nightly walks enjoyable and safe, and the people who live here are some of the kindest you'll ever meet!

This is a spacious property that’s exceptionally well-maintained. It was recently built last year, so everything is in excellent condition. The service provided by Roland, our community manager, is incredible—he’s always attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!
