Maple Hill Apartments

Management here are bias . I felt very unsafe during the time I lived here . Management allows neighbors to harass tenants if you're a quiet person who stays to themselves.its a big problem

Affordable pricing but too many issues. Constantly late to respond to emails or fix any issues in apt (although maintenance staff is great) management fails to provide a permanent solution. They glaze over issues.

My family and I have lived at Maple Hill Apartments for over 6 years. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are spacious. The entire complex is clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The Leasing Office is responsive and familiar with the renters by name. I would highly recommend the Maple Hill Apartment Complex.

The community is great, well taken care of. The staff is amazing, kind, hardworking, and dependable. The complex has been great and keeps getting better as the years go by. My kids love living here and the people we meet along the way.

I lived at Maple Hill Apartments for almost 6 years and really have no complaints. It's one of the cheapest in the area. The complex was quite and clean. There was a ton of renovations done over the last few years. I only had a few maintenance issues and they were all taken care of in a timely manner.
