My first interaction with Jennifer was very memorable. I was looking at a foreclosure listing that claimed 4 bedrooms, but Jennifer honestly pointed out it only had 3. That kind of transparency made me trust her and stick with her over other agents who reached out with their services. As a first-time homebuyer, I ended up going with an older home that uses oil heating and a wet system. Jenn outperformed every realtor I have worked with. She was knowledgeable about a variety of things about the homes we saw which played a significant role in developing trust. She wasn't just another realtor over promising and not delivering. She never made a promise, instead she showed up enthusiastically and consistently. When I say night and day compared to previous I mean it entirely. As a veteran using the VA home loan, Jenn and Kelly maintained fantastic communication with the loan team. Additionally, the working relationship with Jenn was warm and I highly suggest working with her.

We had the pleasure of working with Kim in our process to buy our first home. It was such an exciting experience and Kim was so on top of everything. We also got to meet Kelly in the beginning, as well as working with her when closing and she is very knowledgeable and organized that made this process feel easy. We had so many questions and Kim was there to answer immediately, with so much information from all of her experience! We saw about 20 properties with Kim, and we were guided so well and felt very comfortable the entire time! I 10/10 recommend working with this team, they know exactly what they are doing and go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and know exactly what’s going on as well!!

We absolutely loved working with Kim! I started out as a totally casual browser who just wanted to peek at listings, and Kim never pushed or pressured—she simply added me to her list, checked in thoughtfully, and let us take things at our own pace. Before long, we realized we were ready to get serious, and Kim was right there with us. She’s an amazing communicator and always on top of every detail.
