555 Flats

555 Flats is amazing! The staff is great and very attentive. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and the club room is convenient and a great place to hang out with friends or host a get together. Management also hosts free social events there with food and alcohol. It’s a great way to get to meet your neighbors. The apartments are spacious and kept up well. They are always cleaning/vacuuming the hallways and shared spaces. The Amazon hub and package rooms are convenient and ensure your deliveries are safe. The residents are friendly and tend to look out for each other. It is also within walking distance to both the Powerline trail and an outside patio bar that is open in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Can’t say enough great things about 555 Flats!

This building gets two stars only because the building itself is nice. The units are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are good, the area is nice, and the building is regularly cleaned. The only downside is that the hallways often smell like dogs because there are a lot of them. When I first moved in, I had a great experience with the leasing agent Lee. He was hands down the best employee there—professional, welcoming, and helpful. They should have never fired him. After that, management went downhill fast. Now the real issue: management. Maria Halls is extremely unprofessional. Maria will talk about you to other residents. Maria will talk about you to staff. This is a really great complex! Nothing in the apartment feels cheap like a lot of the new apartment buildings out there. We’ve never had a single issue with noise. Neighbors are friendly and amenities are great. My pup sure loved her balcony! My only “complaint” is that I wish the dog park was turfed! We didn’t use it much because it’s all mulch, but at least there is one.

My review is just based on my pre-leasing/tour experience and not like some others that may live here. Definitely would recommend anyone reading to keep that in mind as I am just telling part of the story and to consider the reviews of others. Love it here at 555 Dresher Road, Unit 443 Flats! We’ve been here since opening and plan on staying. There are a plethora of amenities from a terrific resort- like pool to a huge clubroom with fireplace. TVs, pool table, ping pong, and more. The employees in the office couldn’t be nicer. The maintenance people are wonderful. But the best part of “The Flats” are the residents. Wow! I’ve made a lot of friends here that will definitely be for life! A++
