Fair Oaks Apartments

I’ve been meaning to leave a review since I moved in but it’s slipped my mind honestly. Anyways, I am so happy to be living here! Ashyah, was beyond helpful and friendly during my tour, rent signage, and with everything I needed. Definitely come see her, she will take care of everything you need to make your move as easy as possible. I recently had a clog in my kitchen sink and Paul, from maintenance came immediately. He even used his own personal tool that was needed since theirs is being ordered currently. No wait time, no hassle, he fixed it immediately. He’s always so professional, thank you, Paul! Since my first visit to view FairOaks, everything has been a pleasure. Blair took really good care of me. My tour made me want move in that very day. I have since gotten Peggy who is just as nice. Anytime I have needed anything done in the apartment, the guys are right there. I love living here. I feel so blessed to have found this apartment.

Peggy and Blair in the management office have been amazing during our lease renewal. They also have helped quickly answered questions and addressed professionally. Fair Oaks has made several improvements while living here and they are adding more and it shows they care about the property.

When I moved in, I was dealing with Blair. I have to say, she is so professional and so good at her job very kind, respectful and very helpful and she definitely cares about the residence and what she does daily I couldn’t ask for better individual to help me with my move Words cannot describe how wonderful she really is ! I would like to also say Peggy has also been wonderful very sweet and very helpful especially to a certain situation. I’ve been dealing with. Thank you to both of you ladies You’re great! Maintence So far has been very helpful also! Lastly This complex and the grounds are kept very well. Everything is clean and well-maintained as it should be. I hope it continues to stay that way.!

I have been a resident at Fair Oaks for over three years. I moved into a newly renovated apartment. The complex is very well maintained. There is a picnic area, courtyard, swimming pool and tennis and basketball court. The washers and dryers are state of the art and you can use an app to pay instead of lugging around a bunch of coins. The grounds are well landscaped and make for a beautiful setting in the summer and fall. Fair Oaks is close to several malls and nice restaurants. The Management staff is very friendly and professional. They are also always available if there is a problem. There are tenants appreciation events where you can get treats and water ice at the office. Very happy and highly recommend!
