Maple Grove Commons

Management sucks!! Robert is very disrespectful, and lazy. Miss Amanda. We have been living here since the building was built and didn't have any problems until recently. It's definitely racial profiling, cameras at random units facing one direction making it feel like privacy is being violated. Glass on the garage floor for days, dog crap on the garage floor right in front of a camera, knocking on the walls next door, packages being stolen, maintenance not fixing things. Awful smells in the hallway, have had friends cars towed just being in the parking lot for a couple of hours. Food spilled in the hallways. Elevator and garage door broken too many times to count! Looks super nice on the outside but not nice on the inside. Manager has to go!!!

I have lived at Maple Grove Commons for nearly 4 years. In that 4 years there have been highs and lows in regards to management quality. The original manager Amanda Gauge was wonderful in every way. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the current manager Robert Hammerly. If I had to use a few words to describe him as a man and an apartment manager it would be fundamentally incompetent and childish. I will detail some of my experiences at Maple Grove Commons to illustrate that point. In the last four years I have had to give several police statements at all hours of the day/night due to criminal activity. Reply to MGMT response below: Management has been notified many times. Nothing has been done at all. I will delete my post when the issue has been addressed and handled. Until then, It is clear that the smoking will continue without recourse. I happen to know there are residents on oxygen in this building. How can they allow smoking? One of the residents showed me the lease agreement which clearly states no smoking within 25 feet of the building. Apparently the management doesn't care at all, and they will do NOTHING to enforce the policy. I'm actively reporting this situation to the proper channels because I am worried about the safety and health of the residents I care for. Maple Grove Commons, on the other hand, does NOT care about their residents!

For many of the years our family has lived here it has been good but lately the smoking in our building has gotten out of hand, our son has medical issues with his breathing and its getting to the point that we are going to have to find another place to live. Never thought I would have to write a negative review for maple grove commons but here we are.

I don’t normally give a five star rating unless I really like it this place is a nice place to live the people here are very friendly a nice quiet neighborhood in the property manager really those above and beyond for the community here They also keep this place in very good shape occasionally there is some problems that I do have with the place and the residence here banging on the floor above me and the occasional amount of cigarettes there’s a time and a place for that but this place is not one of those places if any residents are reading this that do that please take it somewhere else
