Mansion Grove Apartments

I love living here! It's a safe neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly, and I love that they've upgraded our mailbox security! I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team, specifically William! He always takes care of our building and greets me with a smile every time I see him! We have been living here for four years and there hasn't been an issue that couldn't be resolved by messaging the staff.

I recently had a great experience with a dishwasher replacement handled by Rene from the maintenance team. He was able to quickly diagnose the clogging issue with my old unit and took the time to explain exactly why it was happening, which I really appreciated. Rene is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. While we waited for the new dishwasher to arrive, he provided timely updates and called me to schedule the installation as soon as it was delivered. He arrived exactly on time, completed the installation incredibly fast, and even gave us a thorough walkthrough of how to operate the new model. Overall, a 5-star experience with Rene! The MG community is lucky to have such a dedicated team.

I’ve lived at Mansion Grove for nearly 10 years, and it used to be a safe, welcoming community with beautiful green spaces and great amenities. Unfortunately, everything changed after the Mansion property was sold. Since the new owner of the Mansion took over, most of the shared green areas have been fenced off and are no longer accessible to residents. She has claimed large portions of the community—including the cottage, courts, and BBQ areas—as private property. What’s more concerning is her repeated disregard for community rules: she frequently hosts loud parties, allows guests to smoke on the premises, and leaves piles of trash behind for the maintenance team to clean up. 5/5 Stars! Mr. Jose did a fantastic job fixing our cabinet. He called several times to coordinate his arrival, showing great dedication and respect for our time. He is very polite and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I just moved to Mansion Grove and it seems like an excellent place to live. I really like the community, and my dog loves the surrounding area. Emily was very helpful throughout the leasing process and during the tour when I first visited the property. She also helped answer my questions and addressed any needs during these first weeks in the community. Thank you.
