Do your research before you buy a no pride McBride home. Five stars because most people want to sell their homes and with negative reviews it would be hard. Lots of issues with concrete foundation, drywall tapping, roofing, etc. Lawsuits,news stations, and real reviews along with reading the contract thoroughly. The state needs to step in but it's all about the money and tax revenue.
Beautiful location. Sales rep (Monica) is awesome. If you're looking for a house with easy access to anywhere in South County, North Jefferson County, or Franklin County, this is a great option. The dog park is a great amenity.
