Worst people I have ever dealt with. Not 1 window is the same size, one is a 1/2 inch smaller than the rest. The floor is like a roller coaster. Walls are not straight and I can go on and on. Now I going to have to spend a bunch of money to fix it. Because they don't warrant crap they put out. I will not recommend them to anyone, many people have as me about my house .I told them to not deal with champion for their house. To much money for the workmanship you get. And they want stand behind it. Every one I that ask I will tell them to get someone else to build it.

Not very satisfied with the quality of workmanship in our new home. And when they finally come to fix things, they make it worse. It takes forever to get a response and help. They take shortcuts every where. Even had HOT uncapped electrical lines laying in the attic. Glad my husband didn't grab them or he could be dead!! And don't get me started on the crappie tile work!!! OMG, noting lined up or level. The back splash in the kitchen wasn't even grouted. I have damaged shower doors and kitchen cabinet trim that they can't seen to find to fix that either. Not a very pleasant experience overall and don't even get me stated on the 100 year old salesman that never listens or shuts up!!!!@

having problems with home. had a buildings inspector go over the home. it was not bolted together properly, they use fiber board for all trim which swells when wet, door casings are made of the same and when a screw needs to replace forget it. it will not hold nothing again. look at the photo. this is what is happening to all the windows an baseboard. this is not high-quality materials, it is cheap, cheap, cheap building materials. and where is the 1/4 round??? foundation is not built properly. center piers are taller than the outside walls and the home is pulling itself apart and the master bath, kitchen and hall bath all missing piers. I had to have that fixed, cost me $4500 to put the extra supports in. I spent a total of $190,000 for junk. that was. everything I had. that does not incl

They seem like they build quality houses. I have been all over the Plant and everyone seems to be doing a great Job. If I had to buy a home I would probably give them a chance to provide one just because I have watched them being built there.

This company does not know how to build a house.Roof leakes and a lot of them and they even accused me of making up the fact that they built the house even when I have the paperwork to prove it watch out for this outfit.
