This company is the worst. They will lie and say you had pets when you didn't. Charge you for fleas when you had no pets. Charge you $400 for cleaning when I already paid to have the house cleaned and all carpets shampoo and provided then with the paid invoice. They are scammers. I should've read the reviews before signing the lease. Also, they want you to sign a lease without allowing you to walk thru the house first. USE ANOTHER REALTOR!

I bought my first home with the help of Alicia Krout who works here. I had an awesome experience working with her. She is very motivated and dedicated to what she does. Every step of the way she was available, punctual, courteous and professional. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent as well as Realty World/Graham/Grubbs & Associates. You won’t find a better experience with anyone else; they’re the best in town!

Horrible, and unprofessional. Roaches when we moved in, told us it is our responsibility to clear them out. Kept my deposit of $700 then asked for another $200 for "maintenance and repairs" after move out. I called the office to ask about these extra charges and she refused to give me an explanation. Every time I would go into the office Jane could be overheard talking trash about a tenant, other tenants should not be hearing this! Rent was always on time and paid in full yet Jane still always had a bad attitude when I had to speak to her. Would not reccomend anyone do business here.

I had to sell my parent's house in Scotland County and I live 250 miles away. Brenda made the whole process as painless as possible guiding and helping me every step of the way. She helped me with a handy man to fix what needed to be fixed, a landscaper to clean up the yard and a gentleman to polish up the wooden floors in the house. Brenda took care of all of the legal aspects and saved me many trips back to Scotland County. Once we found a buyer, it was downhill from there and the closing on the house was a very painless process. If you have any realty needs, this is the place to go. Brenda and her staff were outgoing, polite, courteous and most of all, very professional!
