Jacque Britt/O'Neil was absolutley the best. She guided us through both the sale of our house and purchasing our new home. She is friendly, knowledgable and worked very hard to get it all done. If youre looking around Laurinburg NC she's the realtor to go to. I can't thank her enough.

We had a terrible experience with Debbie Evans. She did not know anything about the houses that my mom looked at and kept telling her to read the package on the house for answers to basic questions. She was also rushed through the signing process and it turns out she signed a waiver of inspection that my mom felt pressured into signing despite the fact that she wanted an inspection done. This is probably a great firm but I would go with a different realtor if I were you.

They left me in the winter with no heat for the whole season.it was so cold that you could see your own breath in the house and they couldnt care less. They cut my grass 2 times in the whole summer and left me with weeds taller than me surrounding my whole house. Water goes out and water pressure goes out frequently and they could care less. I rarely put maintenance tickets in but when i do they get ignored for months. They went months without picking up the trash forcing people to put there garbage on the ground next to there trash cans. Im quiet and dont bother nobody but dealing with this company is a nightmare and wish i could move but cant find no where else to live.
