Before moving I let them know and I was told that if I be out by the 5th that they had a school teacher ready to move in and that I would get a partial refund and I cleaned the apartment replaced the eyes on the stove and then I was told that I wouldn’t get a refund because they found something and I know that was a lie. I also requested after going to the office and was told that she was busy also call several times and still no response.. I don’t know about you but I never had any problems like that and I wouldn’t be surprised if they used the money their self. I would advise that if you can find something else don’t go there because they’re not right. They lies real bad.Since then I have tried to reach out to the manager and was told she was out of the office and that I could expect a p

Grand daughter just moved in. So far so good. 2 bedroom w/ bath and 1/2. Looks to have been painted and super cleaned before rented. She says rent is reasonable. I didn't ask , "how much". She is a grown woman, none of my business.

I lived here for about a year. Recently relocated to a different city. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I never had any problems living here. My only compliant were washer and dryer on the outside(thankful to have the connections) living room area is a little dark. You will have assigned parking which I really like. I had the best neighbor. Maintenance is great. They respond quickly to work orders.

Been living here for about 2 years now. The staff dose a great job with keeping the place maintained and responds quickly to maintenance requests! One thing I admire is that the crew is also personable and take a few to say hi and chat with you a bit. They also do an okay job informing the tenants about the projects and services that would be taking places such as pest control schedules and the fencing project that’s taking place. They also try to put on community events and yard sale. Though I like the ideas, I wish they would give more heads up and not a text the “hour” before the events. I think is great tho that they are putting in the effort to do things with the tenets. I truly miss the app they had. It was supper easy to make payments and it would of been a great way to stay better

Great Place to live. It is in a great location beside a movie theater,bowling ally, right down from a fitness center and places to eat and shop. Great location to live for a family with kids. !! they have a play ground and pool! =) Rent is a little High but all in all it is a awesome apartment complex!!! We Also Have Great Maintenance! And friendly Neighbors! THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND PLAN LITTLE EVENTS FOR OUR KIDS ON HOLIDAYS AND OTHER TIMES!!!!! and the Property Manager will work with you as much as she can!! They also spray for bugs every three months so no problem with any bugs or rodents!!!!! and inspections only include checking smoke detectors and making sure there isn't trash laying around outside to attract bugs!!!! =) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
