I am beyond greatful for Management Services. They truely go above and beyond! Starting with the realtor Ms. Kari who helped me every step of the way during my cross country move. I couldn't thank her enough for the support she provided... also the maintenance with Management Services are unmatched. Requesting maintenance is simple and swiftly provided. Frank provided great repair and replacement services.. he was friendly and efficient. Thank you to both Kari (realtor) and Frank (maintenance) for your outstanding service! I appreciate you.

Like a bad joke, faulty wiring, ac that drains inside the house, maintenance comes leaves screws and trash on the living room rug. Garage door has been broken more than worked in the time we've been here, never repainted after the last tenants moved out, always takes about a week at least for maintenance to come, if they come when they say they will. Honestly, I would not rent from them ever again. Unfortunately we did not know but I'm hopeful this will help someone not have the same experience as us.

Ruth Anne and other staff members have always been great. I feel like a lot of the reviews on here are purely from poor communication. I had a very unique situation with the property I was renting. It was a lengthy process and difficult but it was handled so smoothly. I over communicated everything and probably called way too much, but was never treated poorly or spoken down to.Ruth Anne was always so kind and understanding with what was going on. She answered me in a timely fashion and explained in depth on anything that was brought up. We were pushed to this company when our old company went out, and they were 100% more reliable. I've lived in management service apartment for 2 years. It's wonderful here. The office staff and the maintenance crew are fast, spot on, very respectful and very nice people. I felt safe here and I lived alone with a loving cat. Ruth Anne and everyone else that works there, thank you for everything. 2 years later after my review from the one above. I live in Minnesota currently. Im looking for apartments now and its chaotic up here. Anyway, I just have to say it makes me very much miss the management service company and the staff (Ruth Anne and any maintenance) this really was the best Ive ever lived at. They were so nice. This company will take you too court right off the back so you can pay extra fees. At the time I was told the landlord wanted me out now it was the court . I had a deposit of $ 1175.00 I still have a balance of $3173.00 . Please take pictures when you leave cause they will change you for carpet cleaning, move out cleaning, hauling off trash, replace smoke detector, and replace microwave.I clean that house so well an got a professional cleaning done on the carpet but got change again. Once you move in they place you become the landlord. You is responsible for everything .
