Management Group Associates

As homeowners, we’ve had a very positive experience with the management company for our condo association. Everyone has been kind, professional, and helpful. Our property manager is easy to reach, responsive, and always follows through. Requests are handled promptly and with care, and communication is clear and respectful. It’s clear the company provides strong support and training, because that level of professionalism is consistent. We truly appreciate having a management team that is attentive and supportive of the community.

TMGA and more importantly to me, my property manager Deborah Seraile have been fantastic. I live in Farmingdale (Germantown, MD) since Deborah has arrived, things have been getting done and in a timely manner. Any issue be it my mailbox key not working, unlawful towing, roof leaks and more, I have been able to contact Deborah easily (text, email or phone calls) she has always been available and ready to get things fixed. I am very happy with the TMGA Company as a whole.

I cannot overstate how dissatisfied I am with the services provided by The Management Group Associates. As a homeowner, I have encountered multiple issues that reflect a substandard level of professionalism and responsiveness from this company. Firstly, the company is consistently unreachable during stated business hours. Recently I was sent notices about maintenance items regarding my property. I promptly attempted contact with them via phone on the Tuesday I received the letters at 5:25 PM and was immediately hung up on rather than spoken to. The following Wednesday at 2:14 PM, I attempted to contact them by phone again, only to receive no answer. This lack of accessibility is unacceptable for a management company responsible for addressing time-sensitive community matters. Additional

It took them TWO years multiple calls, emails, and follow ups for them to get me a replacement parking pass. TWO YEARS. They are not proactive, don't follow up and if you are a renter with a property that has this HOA good luck trying to get anything from them without getting the runaround from them.

By knowing that this company only have 2 stars in Google reviews, I know that I am not the only one who have been screwed up by them. They will ask you to pay the bill that you do not recognize and cannot provide any explanation on it. You will also try to contact them over and over again but never receive a response. You've literally paid a company that does nothing for you. A company doesn't care about their customers at all.
