One of the best companies that I've ever rented from. I've worked with this company for over a year and a half and they've made sure that I've been satisfied through my whole stay. The management and maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful and repairs were fixed in a timely manner. Rent was affordable and my apartment was in good condition. The app they utilize is easy to use and payments were easy to do. When I needed to move out, I had to sublease, but they were able to find someone quickly enough and the process was really easy. I just wish that they had more places in Kokomo so that I can continue renting from them! Thank you, Management Advantage forgive me memories and a home To have!

Management Advantage kept a copy of our lease from 4 years ago that saved us from getting our deposit stolen by another renting company that bought our building. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing staff and amazing renting company. They never gave us extra fees or outrageous rent increases like other companies did. Can't recommend them enough!
