The building has a lot of potential for small businesses of all kinds. I like having the option of being able to shop-hop without driving between locations, walk from door to door outside, or go to a crowded mall. However, the managers need to put more effort into drawing customers in with external signs leading to the building, which is hidden from main street view. If you're not familiar with the area, it is difficult to identify which building is which, even with the help of Google maps. Upon entering the building, it feels a little like one of those dreams when you're back in high school, late for class, and don't know which way to turn in an echoing hallway.
