Crystal Bay Senior Living is NOT a 5 star rating! I lived there with my mom for three years and during that time I witnessed a lack of respect for the elderly. Communications for lease renewal or various other pertinent information were placed under the door to the apartment with perhaps only a day or so of notification for action to be taken. As for the prior reviews given for Crystal Bay, the people leaving reviews are staff members (administrator, kitchen worker and medical staff workers) who work at Crystal Bay who work at The Pillars at Crystal Bay Assisted Living and do NOT live at Crystal Bay Senior Living! Some of them will use our garage for the storage of their personal boats or/and cars. Then there is false advertising for Crystal Bay...the computer room has a couple of old
It's a great community. Every month they have free meal which is very good.
My mother in law loves it here! Great residents and caring staff. She would give 10 stars if she could!
Afford meal program for senior that do not want to cook. Foods awesome!
Fantastic environment. Fun tenants and staff.
