The William

I have been living here now for a little more than 2 months. I LOVE my new home. This building is beautiful and comfortable from the first step through the front door. Lesa is an amazing manager that helps you through any situation and makes you feel like you're at home.

I just moved here so this review is not one of length of time but more of first impressions. So far, I give the apartment complex a 5 star because the service that was provided to me to apply and get moved in was excellent. Lesa, the leasing officer is very nice and straight to the point (which I appreciate), she tells you all the information you need to know and makes sure for an easy transition into the apartment. When I say the apartments here are beautiful, I really mean it and you can tell that Lesa and the team she is apart of tries exceptionally well to maintain this building and the needs of the tenants. My wife and I moved into The WILLIAMS a couple months ago and cannot be happier! After experiencing this facility for a little while now, our expectations have been actually exceeded! The feeling of HOME is introduced from entry-level throughout the building, this concept is phenomenal for a facility of this size and magnitude, well done 👏. This being said, the manager Leesa is a huge part of this process, a great ambassador for a wonderful family oriented environment!

Lesa Dale-Nasser is awesome, friendly, professional and polite. She listens to my concerns and the next day they were addressed. She's striving to make the Williams a better place to live and she's wants to make this a community. She's one of the best employees that have been at the Williams. I'm a tenant that has been with the Williams since May 2022. Thanks Lesa for your the support, patience, and hardwork! I appreciate you so much!

I moved into The Williams at Belle City Square in August. I absolutely love this apartment and the office staff, specifically Lesa, who has been here consistently with a smile and greets people with kindness. She is engaging and inclusive and it has been a joy working with her and seeing her around campus.
