MALLARD LANDING APARTMENTS

We absolutely love living at Mallards landing! Everyone who works in the front office is so kind and quick to answer any questions or concerns that we have and the amenities are amazing, especially the dog wash. But where this community truly shines is their maintenance team. Craig and his team do incredible work, always respond to any of our requests within 24 hours, act quickly and professionally, are super friendly, and go out of their way to explain the work they are doing or fixes that they’ve done. They go above and beyond in the quality of their work ensuring our home is functioning properly. This is by far the best maintenance team we’ve seen out of the previous communities we’ve rented in. They always offer a smile and wave when we see them around the community, and even love gree

My experience at Mallard Landing has been excellent, better than I had expected. My home is very comfortable and in great condition. I especially love the finishes in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The community is friendly and social with nice amenities. I enjoy the exercise room, the monthly social events, and I look forward to using the tennis court at the pool. I'm very glad I chose Mallard Landing to be my new home.

Craig, Joseph, and Darren saved the day when a pipe sprung a leak in our laundry room ceiling. They were professional, skilled, and made all the necessary repairs immediately. The Mallard Landing maintenance crew is the best i have ever seen.

Went from one of the best places I’ve ever lived to easily the WORST! In short, this went from a family based apartment complex run by kind staff who truly went above and beyond, to a narrow minded “luxury” apartment complex more focused on price gouging and pettiness. I moved into Mallard 2 years ago. After not having the best of experiences in renting apartments before, it was a breath of fresh air to have a community who went above and beyond for their residents. A side from some minor isssues here and there (to be expected) my first year at mallard was great. Pricing was on the higher side but was worth the money. My second year however has been nothing short of disappointing. A price hike at the beginning of the year put my base rent at $1350, plus the garages which increased by $5
