Mallard Cove Apartments

I have been here a couple months now this place is home I just love it hear the manager is awesome so helpful the office lady is the kindest person I have met and always so helpful with my laundry card!!! This one maintenance man is just freaking fantastic right on it fixed right the first time and is always at your door with in two hours of a call ( soon most times) with a friendly smile and very respectful service I wish I could remember their names but I know who they are!!!!! This place all in all is a place to call home locked doors no one just let's people in kind neighbors respectful staff nice landscaping I couldn't be more blessed!!!! I hope this helped anyone looking to find a home this is most definitely the right place

Great place my husband and I really enjoy living here

We have been here for almost 3 months now... And I couldn't ask for a better a place. They are VERY quick to to fix any problems we have since we have moved in. The office management is amazing! Tiffany really makes you feel like family here. The first day meeting her I knew I wanted to live here, she is so sweet and she really make you feel like you are at home here. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!! ❤️

I have to say after reading the reviews I was very hesitant about moving to Mallard Cove. Since I needed a ground floor I moved to Mallard Cove thinking we'll if everything I read was true I can rough it out for a year. But to my surprise the young lady that works in the office Miss Tiffany is straight forward, understanding and very patient young lady. she really seems to care about the property she mentioned doing work around the property. She has only been working on the property about 9 months now. I have talk to a few of my neighbors and they have noticed the difference since she has been managing the property. Also I have noticed that once you put in a work order the maintenance guy comes right out, he is also a new member on Miss Tiffany's team very pleasant guy. The reason for the

Mallard Cove has definitely been a huge blessing for me. I am especially grateful for Ms. Tiffany our leasing office Manager and Ms.Jenny and Ms. Heather. Plus, our Maintenance staff, Mr. PJ and Mr. Mickey. They all strive for a better living environment and community. Thanks for all you guys do!!!
