My husband and I just moved in here so our experience is not lengthy but the way the staff has treated us so far is worth noting. Amanda was our leasing agent and she deserves a job well done for how kind she is, her quick response time, attention to detail, and communication skills. The apartment complex is kept very clean and if you walk around during the day you will see maintenance power washing and mopping the floors. Trash is always picked up, and when the inevitable happens and something breaks, maintenance is quick to come by to repair things. There are a plethora of amenities to enjoy as well— two pools, plenty of barbecue grills, fitness centers, yoga and Pilates studios. I moved in a month ago. The unit is pretty nice. The front office has been fairly helpful. There is ample guest parking that is limited to 7 days a month (cars must be registered). The complex feels very safe and is fairly quiet. Maintenance responds promptly and addresses everything. There are great fitness classes available. Some of the not so great things: there is a really odd smell near the elevators that is off putting (never goes away so not sure if it is sewage or trash). I also didn’t realize that the clubhouses MUST be rented - there is no free access (which is different from anything I’ve seen at other apartments). The pools are not as clean as my old apartment. I used to live here about 2 years with my wife. They accepted international applicants without US credit history like us, with additional security deposit. Maintenance team was reliable; they were able to fix every issue within 1-2 days. Parking is also convenient; basically you will get one spot on the same floor of your unit. If your familv have 2+ cars, you have to park on the 5th floor. Amenities were well-maintained.

I love this place: the location, amenities and the price point make this the best value in the OC. The staff is helpful. The place feels nice and clean. I love that they have not only gym, but also yoga, room, and even cyclingn and a gold simulator ($25/hr). From two club rooms, two pools to a Zen garden - this place have everything from having fun to relaxing.

We’ve been really disappointed to see that our community management canceled Carolyn Alexander’s fitness classes without any notice. Carolyn was an amazing instructor who offered a variety of fitness and SMR sessions three days a week, and so many of us looked forward to them. It’s really frustrating that this decision was made without any communication or consideration for the community members who relied on these classes. We hope management reconsiders and treats our feedback seriously.
