Magnolia Place

This place is a mess. Revolving management, nothing gets done, unsafe property for older tenants. So disappointing. Lights on the building outside have not worked in over a year. My elderly mother takes her dog out in an unsafe, unlit area. The doors are supposed to lock and tenants have a key fob... none of the doors lock in over a year. So unsafe! They used to clean the building inside, it's dirty, they haven't had anyone cleaning in years! The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of seniors, not ensuring their safety, only raising their rent!

I wouldn't recommend this place. Management is the worst. They sit on chair at desk playing on their phone or out front smoking all day. Pool has been broke for over 7 months now. It's filthy. Also no maintenance or porter for months now. Used to be such a great place. And cars broken into almost everyday here now. Management always blamed us for things we never did. He yelled and screamed at me in hall. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not a good place now. Ask any residents before you think about moving in here. CC, Sarah and Nicole were great managers. If I could give it no stars I would. Worst management ever. People are scared to say anything or they will be evicted. We're thinking about renting here. it's looks great and after talking to the lady in the office lady her name is Christine she was wonderful. so friendly.

Magnolia Place is such a beautiful place and my appartment is amazing. I love the patio and I sit out there on cool days to listen to the birds and different sounds around me. I always take my coffee out there.

I am in the midst of looking for a home for my disabled brother and myself with our fur babies. Stumbled across this place and it is absolutely stunning. Such friendly people and staff. Toured the home and fell in love. It’s perfect for our needs. I cannot wait to call this my home.
