Magnolia Place/ Connecticut Place

I recently moved out of the magnolia complex due to me having my first big time job post college graduation elsewhere and magnolia apartments has helped me in every step of my journey. The staff is very reasonably understanding and friendly. Services were pretty attentive for the most part but we didn’t really utilize them as much because I never really broke anything in my home. Communication with them was genuine, honest and nonetheless friendly. I did a lot of activities throughout college and this complex was the best thing I could ask for the remainder of my time spent in Joplin, MO. I truly recommend this place for college kids or small families as this area is very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.

100% recommend this apartment complex!! i lived here for about a year and a half, and truly loved this place. the staff are so kind, and genuine. they are very good with communication, and keeping everyone informed on maintenance or pest control etc!! quiet place to live for families! i never had a problem here!!

I live in Magnolia Apartments. I can truly say that I love it here. The apartments are clean and maintained. My apartment is very nice And well equipped. I have a dishwasher, a microwave, garbage disposal call me nice refrigerator, stove. Yes very nice kitchen. In the small but I love it but I love it! Yes doing perfect apartment for a senior. There is a swimming pool available and plants for a dog park! Pets are welcomed with a few restrictions. The Property Manager snd owner are like family to and many others. I abut forgot to say, it’s quiet. Come and look around and see it, you won’t be sorry

We have really loved living in our townhouse here. Kathy and Heather have been a dream to work with and have been so attentive to our needs. On the few occasions where we have had an issue with our unit arise (like a window needing resealing in one area, a screw gone missing on an appliance, etc.), the maintenance team has not only responded within hours of the notice, but typically RESOLVE the issue by the end of the day. Factor in how completely ideal this location is (2 minutes to Chick-fil-a, 4 minutes to a Wal-mart Supercenter, and 30 seconds to Smoothie King), but it's also highly affordable. Magnolia place is not just a magnificent place to live it's also a community when/if you have any sort of problem the management is right there ready to fix it as if it were there own home. Little to mention the perks of choosing the location internet is bundled with rent and it's the best internet ive been blessed with, theses are just a few things that make this place so amazing!
