I recently moved to Magnolia Glen and the neighbors are great. However, the management company managing the property is non-responsive to the needs of the community all while they are taking your $160.00 per month HOA dues. So effectively you get your yard mowed for a $160.00 a month and nothing else. And try to get in touch with the board members or the President. You would have better luck getting through to the white house.
Magnolia Glen is an awesome place to live. Neighbors are friendly and care about each other. I'm very glad I made the move here. Working with Team Ervin Realty and WAC contracting was awesome. This has been a great experience. Thanks Team Ervin and WAC.
It was a pretty place to look at. The community looked as if they were friendly.
