Magnolia Crossing Apartments

So I will probably end up leaving a couple of different reviews for this place. My wife and I have been searching all over for a place to rent, but also for the existence of professionalism we are retired professionals and cannot believe how impersonal and unprofessional the people in the Gulfport area are when it comes to businesses most of them truly suck. I don’t think a lot of the businesses understand what professionalism even means and if professionalism was water, I don’t think they could find it if they fell out of a boat. . But today. I spoke with Casey, who was extremely professional, extremely sweet very nice wasn’t pushy at all gave me all the information that I asked for and more took the time to actually talk to me and made me truly feel like I was important because I was on

After waiting a year for a home, I received a random text asking if I was still looking. I responded and was moved in within a week. Kelly made this the easiest move in my life! She is very proactive and responsive. She is our Angel! The community is quiet, clean and well maintained. The people who we have encountered so far are really friendly and welcoming! Thank you Kelly for everything you’ve done. We appreciate you so much!

My experience living here has been very positive. Kelly, the front office manager is very approachable and replies very quickly if I ever have any questions or concerns about my apartment. I have had a couple work orders regarding the kitchen disposal and A/C system and both times they were taken care of in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is quiet. The laundry room is close, and 99% of the machines are operational.

Stay away from this place. Management clearly is offering some kind of incentive for 5 star reviews. It was a cute little community when I moved in but an influx of new residents have seriously ruined it. Maintenance tickets go unanswered for weeks, there’s dog poop everywhere, my neighbor is this bratty 23 year old entitled loser and he only listens to music after 10pm; I reported it to Kelly multiple times and she doesn’t do anything about it. Theres only a handful of washers/dryers for the whole complex and half of them are broken. There’s no security, the maintenance person is a different person every week, there’s no way to identify these people coming and going. Drugs are being consumed in the laundry room.
