Follow up after management’s response: Little to nothing was done. We still have DAILY (yes, weekends also!) repair work in the parking lot RIGHT UNDER THE BUILDING, at times, very noisy! An attempt to call them back yielded no results. The receptionist was clueless and useless. She had no idea who I should speak with, did not even attempt to offer me to talk to someone, and either did not forward my message, or management did not even want to contact me back. An attempt to follow up in an email with proof of the noise and repair work was ignored also. You should read reviews about this property in other rental sites. The original review is below. Avoid this property! Management is horrible and spineless. They only care about collecting rent, and not the quality of life in this building.

I would rate this apartment negative -4 if possible. We frequently experience water outages several times a month due to poor plumbing. The management is unresponsive and difficult to reach, often failing to address maintenance issues such as our broken dishwasher, which has been unresolved for 3 years. The first floor floods during rainstorms, and the stairwell consistently smells like dog urine. Overall, this apartment complex lacks proper upkeep and responsiveness from management.

After 10 years here I had no choice but endure a very costly move and literally run away from this place, even in spite of rent control! Management is unprofessional and put my safety at risk multiple times! The building is crumbling. Water shut offs happen frequently. In the last few weeks I lived there, I had no hot water twice for more than one day each time. And the last time, I wasn’t even informed that this was happening. A text message simply arrived from the manager informing me that she needs to enter my apartment to see if I have hot water. Because of plumbing work, at the time I left, walls have been open for more than a month, and the courtyard has been in a disgusting situation just as long.
