Maebrook at Renaissance

Moved here 3 months back and since then had multiple issues. The drier and the refrigerator broke down for a week and we had to trash all the vegetables, milk, fruits, juices and many more items. Now the kitchen sealing is open and the drain water is everywhere messing up the carpets, mats, items kept on the floor. Really bad infrastructure and appliances. The maintenance team is good but the infrastructure and the appliances are bad. Also no pest control visit seen till date as there are spiders and roaches as usual.

Besides having good neighbors and the maintenance people being kind, there is nothing good about this place. I have had heat issues several times, waited hours on end in the freezing cold with my kids and no one showed up. Broken shades, nothing. Dishwasher issues, nothing. Absolute nightmare.
