Madison Villa Apartments

Management is awful and so is maintenance. They have a very high move out rate I have been here almost 4 years and am one of the longest staying residents. And can tell you that Barbara, the manager when I moved in October 2015, was wonderful. The management now is disrespectful and can be downright cruel if your house isn't spotless. They have constant inspections that they claim are just to check for safety but is really to check how clean your apartment is. They deny this.

Management sucks incompetent. I moved in one unit hookers and crack dealer user on the property,. I changed unit crazy Chic that knifes people, if your white. There some nice people live here, but some are very clickish and have nothing to do all day, but gossip and watch your every move. Everyone knows your business you have absolutely no personal space or privacy The manager will charge different rents to different people for the same unit. If you work they will milk every dime from you, basically take 90 percent of your paycheck. If you're lazy don't work, gossip,do or sellcrack or meth, you will fit right in.z. The people that give it a good review. I never seen these people live here frankly, I think it's management. People this summer hate management so bad they did a petitio

Landlord is the worst human being I've ever seen in my life. Threw out the old lady down the hall for asking him to repair a leaking window. He's threatened the neighbour lady with violence for asking for repairs. Seems he really wants to pick a fight with a lady. Building is super old and contaminated with mould, crawling with bugs. Heat and water is often out of service. Glad I moved on.
