MacArthur Park Apartments

Management doesn’t do anything, broken down basket ball court that’s been horrible condition for 5 years, no fence between a creek and basketball court that has a cliff on it. Pretty sure maintenance smokes weed on the premises. Some of the speed bumps are missing, no bike rack so bikes lay around the complex. Most apartments are infested with roaches. And they hire these lousy spray guys that don’t do their job properly. This new management is really terrible and is doing a bad job

I've have been harassed over and over and over again I have made police reports and written statements. Does no good because it's still happening. But because a fight broke out she wants to evict me when I wasn't even involved. All I asked another tenant was what was her problem and her son and about 10 of his friends started a fight. Even attacked my son in front of the police . This could have prevented if something had been done with the other tenant that has been causing problems for several months. Even hitting my 8 yr old grandson

We are on day 6 with no heat. They didn't even pass out heaters, she waited until we called about the cold. No heat in 20-degree weather is an emergency and iv reported them to hud. I would give zero stars if could.

I spent all of my childhood and a majority of my teenage years living in this beautiful little community. My neighbor's were more like family and we had plenty. Everyone had everyone's back. I remember it being under Mary Young's management. Probably some of the community's best years. Everyone would decorate for Christmas and we would have community Easter eggs hunts. I remember spending the summer days tramping through the surrounding beautiful wood's. There is a series of small waterfalls, us children referred to them as, 1st falls, 2nd falls and 3rd falls. In my opinion it's a great place to live and in my opinion start a family.

I've' been on line searching apts accepting section 8 vouchers & this was 1 of the few listed. I'm glad I check reviews 1st, it saved me the drive. I noticed ALL replies are computer generated, which means a LIVE person isn't reading them. That only shows it's a great possibility the issues aren't being addressed...a very bad 1st impression. YOU NEVER GET A 2ND CHANCE TO MAKE A 1ST IMPRESSION
