Loveland Station Apartments

Noisy area but very pleasant area. The building lacked the amenities I needed. Edit: Such audacity of this owner... I surely never claimed to be a resident... My girlfriend from church lives here!!! I have visited many times!!! Thought about relocating here as I am in search of a new home. I have exhibited noise often but I also said it's a nice area. I would downgrade this apartment simply due to the owner's response. This is Ludacris to "search" for me.

Location! Location! Location! We wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. We have lived here almost since the building opened. Emma (resident manager) and Tim (maintenance) are the best ever! They genuinely care about us and every situation in their purview is handled with excellence and speed. Our experience would only be better if the owners and management company gave them complete authority to address every issue concerning us.

This is the second time that we are renting at Loveland Station. It is a wonderful place to live and everything is so well-maintained inside and out. The plus to all of this is Emma Ballinger being there. She is great to work with and so accommodating. Thanks Emma for making this move so easy.

I just signed my 3rd lease here at Loveland Station! The location is awesome, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Emma and Tim. Anything you need, they are always quick to respond. I would highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a great location and employees who truly care about their tenants!

Emma (the manager) and Tim (the handyman) are a big reason this is such a great place to live. If something in the apartment needs attention or fixing, I send Emma an email, and Tim immediately fixes it--often within a few hours or less. They are both so caring, competent, and efficient and want to make living here a great experience, which it is. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years between selling one house and buying another. Although I am excited about my new home, I am a little sad about leaving this delightful place. My friends and family call it charming, and I agree. The wonderful location in Downtown Loveland is very much part of its charm. The apartment is well laid out and feels like it is new because it is in such good condition.
