Carriage Square Apartments

WHY ARE YOU GUYS HAVING PEOPLE WORK ON THE ROOF EARLY IN THE MORNING ON CHRISTMAS EVE???????? Do you even remotely care about your tenants? Or have any respect for your workers/contractors? Truly pathetic behavior by a business.

Carriage Square Apartments is hands down the BEST bulding my husband ever rented an apartment in over the years! It is run by Danaye, a Manager who extremely efficient, responsive, professional and kind, all at the same time. No wonder that over the years this is the only apartment my hisband called a “home away from home”. Thank you ALL!

This apartment complex was perfect for what it was. For the area that it's in, the pricing was relatively good, although not cheap. The buildings and lots were well maintained. The two times during my year there that I needed maintenance, they were there and the problem resolved within 24hrs (neither was an emergency). Management answered any questions. I left after a year to move closer to a new workplace and get a bigger apartment than Carriage Square offered; they didn't come after me for some false charges like some places do, just took a little out of my security deposit for standard cleaning and replacing items I knew they'd need to replace, and sent the rest back promptly. All in all, happy renter.

The move in process was smooth. Very professional, friendly and responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Apartment is clean as well.

Danaye the Property Manager was a delight to work with! She was respectful, personable, and forth coming.
