8Ninety at Loveland Apartments

I recently moved in about a month ago and my experience has been great so far! Julie (property manager) and Ronnie (maintenance) have been super accommodating and kind. They both have been very responsive and timely with my requests. The 3rd floor unit I was assigned to has beautiful natural light and all new appliances. The buildings are always being cleaned. I feel safe here and my building is relatively quiet. Looking forward to using the pool this summer!

Look somewhere else. I lived there from July 2024-December 2025, and my while my experience was tolerable, the lack of amenities and poor management made me glad to leave. Location: While it's close to downtown, the only sidewalk is on the other side of the road, making anything but car travel dangerous. The tree line behind my unit was also recently removed, making it much louder and more exposed than it was when I moved in. Amenities: The advertised pool was never available for use, and was torn out the beginning of 2025 with no communication as to when they would fix it. I was also never given access to the gym. Apartment: My apartment had a wiring issue, where i couldn't plug my computer in while the lights were on, or the breaker would trip. Maintenance refused to fix it, saying th

I like living in Loveland and don’t mind the apartment complex. I hope you all find a property manager like Crystal. Quintin was great, he picked up all the dog poop that residents do not pick up. Ronnie is great too, just met him recently. I would like to understand why we are being made to change our internet. I work from home and have internet that is cheaper than what is being added to my rent. I don’t think that is right. Residents need to be held accountable for their animals, the none stop barking and not picking up after their dogs. Taking animals behind the buildings doesn’t change the fact that people need to pick up after their dogs. I think these issues can be fixed with the right property manager. More updates and explanations would be beneficial too.

We came visit this apartment building earlier this week for potential job relocation. The location is amazing, quiet street, clean, and so convenient. The club house was nicely decorated with amazing scent. The management team is also great. They are very caring to the residents. All my inquiries were promptly addressed in a professional manner. Highly considering this apartment for my rental need.

8Ninety is beautiful. It’s very close to downtown Loveland which makes shopping and good food accessible. The apartment is fully renovated with modern appliances and equipped with washer/dryer. The clubhouse is also fully renovated and smells amazing lol This is very comfortable suburban living and I highly recommend.
