Hi LZ Management, I notice that you are no longer allowing mopeds to park on the side of Java Den. I am confused as to why this has been going on for years, and you have done nothing about it. Why start now? Why try to profit more when you are already overcharging your residents? I'd like to know who thought this was a genius idea because it's not gonna work. Random people park there every day, and how will they know you are charging? It's a little greedy, let college students save money. Thanks! I'll delete the review when you give me an explanation

I lived at an LZ property for 2 years and could not have enough good things to say about the management. There is always a friendly face in the office willing to help with any and all questions. As a first time renter, they made the process smooth and easy. I had no complaints and would 100% recommend. In terms of maintenance, the building was clean and tidy. All of my requests were met and any apartment issues were fixed very quickly within 24 hours. I loved my time living at their property.

I have lived in several different apartment buildings and just recently moved into a new place managed by LZ Management. This is my first experience with them and it has been a breath of fresh air to say the least. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and they always respond to any suggestions or concerns almost immediately. There have been zero surprises and for the first time ever I feel like I can finally look forward to staying in my new place for a long time.

Unbelievably rude and not helpful. Showed up at 10 am to get keys to move my son in and no one is available until 2pm. Called the emergency after hours number only to speak to 2 women who were not only rude but had no desire to try to help me in any way. They would only leave a message, which is the same I could do. I find it unbelievable that during business hours of a move-in week they would not have at least one person available. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN YEARS!!!

Management have been nothing but helpful. Having experienced other management companies, LZ has exceeded expectations. Living at grand central and having visited other LZ properties, I have not been disappointed.
