Lyra Apartments

Months ago, when we first moved here, I experienced a few small issues and on top of that my bicycle was stolen. With that mental exhaustion, I left a one-star review expressing my dissatisfaction. Today, months later, I deleted that review and I am very happy to leave a five-star review instead. I was very new at the time, but over the months I’ve gotten to know this place and the people here. They are actually very sincere and kind. The management and all staff members are extremely friendly and always eager to make things easier in every way possible. Coral and Phyllis are always incredibly helpful. I also want to mention the maintenance staff I feel bad that I don’t know their names they are amazing. They even go above and beyond to solve issues around the building.

Phylis ROCKS! She toured us and we applied same day! Thank you Phylis for working so had to make our move happen so quickly, I appreciate you. Friendly neighbors too and kind souls that wanted to help me unload my U-Haul. Night one of my move, my car died in the parking garage and God sent a kind soul that was able to jump start it for me😭🙏🏿 I have yet to check out the amenities but I’m sure they are great too. One thing I’m enjoying is the shopping carts in the garages (something I didn’t realize I needed in my life 😂). Also, I LOVE the fact that the garage is temperature controlled. Great for mom life🥰

I have lived in the Denver area since 1981, and LYRA is by far the NICEST and most attractive community I have ever had the privilege to reside in. Such a BEAUTIFUL place, so very well maintained, with ELEGANT Design, Floor Plans, Appointments, Amenities and attention to detail throughout.The Management and Maintenance Team here is absolutely delightful! I am very fond of this group of amazing people who take the time to care for every need, are Proffesional and Loyal while at the same time make the entire experience worry free, pleasant, fun and memorable! Overall our year and a half here has been pretty good. Our apartment, while costly, is spacious and sunny with decent appliances and we really like the gas stove. We've gotten a ton of use out of the amenities - the pool and hot tub, the gym, the club room, etc., all of which are clean and wonderfully maintained year round. Notably, especially as compared to other complexes, the maintenance team here deserves a call out. Reese and Zak are always super timely in their response to any issues, and they're always professional, friendly and efficient. We've never waited more than a day, if that, before one of them turns up to quickly problem solve. Biggest gripes: 1. I have lived here for 2 years and feel like it's a very well appointed building with important details that are often missed by many of the apartment complexes nearby. Interior highlights include: farm sink, ample amount of granite counter space, under cabinet lighting and gas stove in the kitchen, tons of cabinet storage and large closets, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, well placed can lighting - some of which have dimmers, nicer carpet and flooring throughout, good sized porches, plenty of bathroom counter space, plenty of power outlets, high ceilings, and comfortably sized bedroom and living space - they do not feel tiny or cramped! Amenities that I love are the pool/hot tub with a variety of seating, cornhole, gas grills, the gym is better than most with a variety of equipment to use, t
