Lynn Oak Apartments

Love the West Linn area. I was planning on spending many years in my old unit, mostly because of the old manager. We got new management, not responsive. I received an eviction notice after my rent was paid. Manager did not bother to inform me that it was a mistake, to disregard it until I confronted her. My brand new 2022 vehicle was damaged when the unit next to mine had a window replaced. I am still waiting for a response from corporate to even agree to pay for the damage done. The person from corporate I had been corresponding with kept giving me the run around after all the information she asked for had already been provided multiple times. This is a great place to live, if you miss the trailer trash vibes and enjoy cigarette smoke seeping into your unit if you bother to open a window

24/7 loud as hell, living on the first floor is absolutely torture in this complex and apparently nobody cares when you ask them to stop multiple times, don’t recommend living here if you work early morning jobs or two jobs as I do

These apartments are great the grounds are kept nice and the occupants seem nice! Just moved a friend in and she loves it!!

Place is nice but desperately needs an upgrade on the outside.

New manager is not responsive.
