Lookout Pointe

This is an awful place to live, and I would not recommend it to anyone. We have had ongoing issues that management refuses to take seriously. We have found mice in our apartment, and despite reporting it, no meaningful precautions or solutions were taken. The walls are extremely thin — we can hear our neighbors’ conversations, sneezing, coughing, and daily activities as if they’re in our own unit. Smoke is another major issue. Tenants regularly smoke cigarettes and weed inside their apartments, and the smell travels through the vents and fills our unit. Recently, new upstairs neighbors moved in with a husky dog that cries for hours nonstop. The noise is unbearable and sounds like the dog is inside our apartment. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far! The leasing office team - Andrea and Emily - are seriously an awesome duo! Andrea went above and beyond to help me get into my apartment a few months back, and I’ll always be grateful for how supportive and kind she was through the whole process. Emily recently joined the team, and she has been doing an amazing job!!! They’re both friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It makes a big difference knowing the office is run by people who actually want to help you out 💚🙌🏼🌞

We loved living right on the mountain and the maintenance was so amazing! There were some errors made with our lease renewal when we lived here so just make sure you read everything carefully and add up what you are being charged. However ever since Jensen started working there things have been going so smoothly! He is very very nice and so helpful! He has helped us with everything we needed, advocated for us to corporate and really made a difference in our experience! I would recommend staying here if you like great views and access to trails!

I love living here at Lookout Pointe Apartments! Maddy and Jenson are very on top of things in the office, and the maintenance team Jedd and Jason are quick with repairs. The views are amazing, apartments are cute & it’s very reasonably priced in today’s market.

Lookout Pointe Apartments is honestly one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever dealt with in housing. The prices here are absolutely outrageous for what you actually get—there is zero justification for the rent. In the summer, you don’t even get to control your own air conditioning. Why? Because they don’t have real AC. You’re stuck with an ancient swamp cooler that barely does anything when it’s hot. For the amount they charge, this is ridiculous. Then there’s the atmosphere once management clocks out. The whole place feels like it changes. A bunch of strange, sketchy, and downright creepy people wander around after hours, and it makes the complex feel unsafe. Management’s solution? “Call the cops.” And even when you do, nothing changes. It’s basically a shrug from them. For the cost,
