There’s so many problems with the management. Plus it’s a year long lease so even if you’re not living there for the summer or leave they still make you pay. It’s far from campus and you can find way better housing for the same price.
Aspen Ridge Management tends to get a bad rap, but I had a great experience here. You will NEVER have parking problems here. Pinky promise.
Lived here almost 2 years. Lots of extra parking, cheap rent and nice apartments.
