If you are looking for a place where your car wheels are stolen, this is the perfect place. 0 security and the staff does not take any action. I am very sorry I rented here. Talking to other people they told me that this has happened several times in this place and they don't take any action. If you want to be calm without thinking that they are going to rob you, I recommend that you look for another place They also have old appliances that they don't fix, dryers that don't work and cockroaches that don't go away.

I lived at these apartments for 5 years and it was ok for a starter apartment but there is definitely an issue with rats. It’s so bad and nothing is really done about it. The parking is an issue as well. Maintenance was pretty good for the most part in the beginning prior to Covid but then the floor in my kitchen started to crack. I called several times about it and nothing was done. The rooms and everything are a great size but the appliances are very old. The one washer and dryer for our building was shared with 5 other tenants which is great if you want to spend your days off waiting to wash your clothes. I made an appointment for a tour today and went inside the rental office. I gave the lady my name, and the leasing agent informed me that my appointment was for a later date. I didn't realize I had scheduled it for a later time. I asked if I could still take the tour since I was already there, but she told me no, as they were fully booked. However, I didn't see any prospects waiting for a tour in the office. I requested to speak to a manager, and I was introduced to Mr. Max, the Assistant Manager. He was very kind and professional, explained everything to me, and rebooked my tour. He even sent me a video of the tour to my email. The leasing agent could have still shown me a video and made me feel more welcomed, but Mr. Max truly made me feel at ease. His outstanding customer service change

This place is horrible. I didn't even live here, I was a visitor. A friend and I were told by the lady at the front desk that visitors could park anywhere on the complex for a maximum of two days, ESPECIALLY on weekends. After only being here for 21 hours on a Sunday, I noticed that my car got towed and I had to call the tow company and pay $170 for something that I was told was okay. My buddy who lives here has had to deal with rats, a broken AC unit that had to be fixed (that didn't work the first time so it had to be rebuilt from the ground up), and their gas wasn't working at first. I'm warning you. Don't lease here.

You know I try my best to not judge a place from reviews and give a fair chance but in this case these reviews speak the truth! I’ve been in my unit for not even a month and I’ve already had problems with management! First thing first it maintenance doesn’t fix anything! It took for me to go to the leasing center in person and raise my voice after they put a notice on the door because my kids bikes were on my balcony (two bikes btw) threatening to charge me a fine before maintenance came out! And on top of that the maintenance man wasted something on the floor tile from the dryer and didn’t even bother to fix it! Then, management had my car towed because of the sticker not matching the license plate( when the leasing agent that did my move in was the one to input the in correct tag number
