Lofts at Watters Creek

Everyone at Lofts at Watters Creek has been so wonderful to work with for my move, especially Meredith at the leasing office. This was a big transition for me and the staff has been amazing and compassionate. The response to any request has been prompt and explained.

Please, think twice before renting an apartment here!!! Attached are photos and videos that show the nightmare I went through living in this place with absolutely disgusting, careless, and fraudulent management. One morning, I woke up to a flooded apartment. The fridge pipe — which must be a thousand years old — had burst, soaking the entire floor. Water was everywhere. I had to use our towels and even our clothes just to stop it from spreading. Maintenance? They showed up long after the damage was done. As if that wasn’t enough, the apartment had cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches. In 2025. In an apartment I was paying a fortune for. But wait, it gets worse. I lived at Lofts at Watters Creek for about a year. The apartments and surrounding area are genuinely beautiful, and I want to start by saying Brandon in the leasing office was always helpful and communicative. Unfortunately, many issues were outside of his control, and the overall experience ended in a way that I cannot overlook. I did not originally plan on leaving a review, even after moving out. However, the move-out process and ongoing refund issues became the final straw after a year of accumulated frustrations. Early in my tenancy (Jan 2025), I began dealing with extremely loud upstairs neighbors who would stomp above me during quiet hours to the point where I was waking up in the middle of the night, and even the front office staff agreed and vouched that they knew my upstairs ne

We’ve had a really good experience living here. The community has been comfortable, and everything has gone smoothly throughout our time here. I also want to highlight how helpful Brandon Stewart from the leasing office was during our move-out process. He was professional, responsive, and made everything much easier for us. Moving out can be stressful, but Brandon’s support made it simple and hassle-free. Overall, we’ve been happy with our experience and appreciate the great service from the staff.

I moved in about a week and a half ago. Except for the actual move, the experience was pleasant and painless. Barbara and Noah were helpful when I came in for a tour and got me all the details. Brandon has been fantastic getting me through the process made made sure everything went smoothly. The maintenance guys were on the spot with a couple issues that needed addressing once I got moved in and did a great job. I'm back in the gym for the first time since before Covid taking advantage of the workout facilities. I've also been by the pool a couple of times to catch some rays. The pool at my building (V) isn't as big as the one by the leasing office, but I'm not training for the Olympics. Just looking to cool off.
