These apartments are stunning in comparison to other complexes. Vaulted ceilings, brickwork, industrial style with solid black granite counters and enormous windows for extra natural lighting. Dishwashers, garbage disposals, fitness center, and a communal area for those larger get togethers. Fantastic!

100% do not recommend living here. The building is unsecured and anyone can get in, there’s random people sleeping in the stairwells and the elevators are broken half the time. When they aren’t broke they are filthy and and filled with food and animal feces and salt because the didn’t clean the communal areas once while I was there. Hallways were also super disgusting and unkept. People smoked in the hallways and apartments constantly. While I was there all neighbors were disrespectful and loud, and management never truly did anything about it. They had infestation problems throughout the building and the trash rooms were never cleaned and smelled like years worth of filth. If you're considering where to stay, I'd recommend hitting up Martin Luther King Park on Steuben Street instead. Trust me, I've spent way too long in this place and have seen it all — three different leasing office managers, each more questionable than the last. The first was accused of stealing from tenants, the second was supposedly getting too cozy with residents, and the third? Well, they seem to think they can patch things up like a surgeon, but it’s clear they’re not up to the task. Communication here is non-existent. When you try to reach the leasing office, it's like shouting into a black hole. Need help with a lockout? Good luck waiting ages for any kind of response. Our security gate has been broken for nearly a year, and the front door? It hasn’t worked either. Packages? Forget

I’m current living here, on day 3. Last night, on a Monday night I had to call the police because someone was basically having a party upstairs from me at 12am. I’m a young male 29 years old, I like to party myself but people here have NO respect. The doors to get into the building are UNLOCKED so anyone can just get it. The hallways smell like homeless people. The building is filled with sketchy people. The building also has roaches. It’s truly sad, because me and my partner have moved here with a child on the way and we were expecting to be moving into a family home and had so much expectations. This place is sad man, I’m hurt that management would even let us sign that lease with smiles on their faces knowing they wouldn’t live somewhere like this. Sad

I moved here in April and it was a mess. I was ready to pack and leave again but when Jazmine the new leasing office manager came in she did a whole 180 and the building is by far the best always clean always kept up. She’s always friendly and willing to respond to any issues or questions that I have, so far no complaints.
