I come to this building for Peer Advocate training and classes and I love the staff. I didn't actually want to be a Peer and have come to know that this is my path. I also come here for workshops at Empowered Pathways for women and Stephanie, Aryanna, and Fiona have been very supportive to me. I can go to them with anything and they will do their best to get me the necessary help. I have engaged in Google Docs, Canva, and Financial services to name a few workshops. They also help with employment workshops and resume writing.

Tenant of 3 years. First one to live in my unit. I could hear both neighbors for the entirety of my time living in unit. On one side I could hear the TV so clearly I could make out the sport they were watching and the score. On the other side I could clearly hear my neighbors kid crying and squealing. I originally posted this when I was living in the unit in an effort to encourage the issue to be fixed. I was told to take the review down or face legal action. Now that I am not at the unit I have decided to post this back up along with the videos of how clearly you can hear through the walls. Please see the videos as well!

This renovated loft space looks clean and modern. Free parking on site and proximity to major highways and numerous amenities make it an extremely advantageous location for business and living.

Clean, well put together. But very pricey if it was reasonable in rent charge I'd live there
