Deerfield Place

We were looking for housing for our daughter who is relocating to Utica, NY and toured Deerfield Place. What a great place to live! The two bedroom unit was beautifully done and the complex had incredible amenities. The on site office representative (Madison) was friendly, knowledgeable, and added to the appeal of the community. Having someone on site to help you is a great benefit to renters. I highly recommend checking this facility out!

As we go into our third year as residents in Deerfield Place, I can honestly say that we are pleased and happy with the way it has evolved. We feel that we have made our apartment feel like a miniature version of the home we sold. Over the course of the last two years, the staff has assisted us with any changes we wished to make along the way. They’ve always responded quickly and efficiently to any requests we had. We’ve needed appliances replaced and a situation with our master closet had to be rectified. It was such a relief when all it required to take of these things was an e-mail or phone call…quite the departure from our home! I've had the pleasure of living at Deerfield Place for the past two years, and I've really enjoyed my time here! The layout of the apartments creates a wonderful, community-like atmosphere, which was a big selling point for me. I always felt safe there as well. As a dog owner, I really appreciate that the complex is pet-friendly, as it can be tough to find places that welcome pets. The amenities are great, and the leasing office staff is always helpful and friendly. I was also really impressed with the maintenance team, who were quick to respond to any issues and worked tirelessly throughout the winter, especially with snow removal. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive, but overall, it was definitely a great place to live! I highly recommend!!

While I did not end up moving in due to a last minute job change, I had gone through the entire process right up to moving in and had a really great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and the property is very well maintained and beautiful. The pricing for the amenities of the complex are very reasonable and having attached garages is absolutely amazing and almost impossible to find. I would highly recommend taking a tour and considering this for your next home.

Great place to live. This is our third year at Deerfield. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The management and maintenance team have always been courteous and attentive to our needs. Our neighbors are great and we feel safe overall as we’ve never had an issue. The modern, spacious apartments sold us initially. Well kept lawns, constantly plowed roads in the winter, pool, gym and doggie park have made it a joy to stay!
