Candlewyck Apartments Are very nice. I have a girlfriend that lives here and her place is adorable. The grounds are always cleaned up. There's lots of parking management and Maintenance are always on top of everything. Definitely recommend for anybody looking for a nice quiet place to live.
I’ve been living at Candlewyck Apartments for a while now, and honestly, it’s been great. The place is quiet, well-kept, and feels like home. Maintenance is responsive and professional—any issue I’ve had was handled quickly. The neighbors are friendly but respectful of space, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. I really appreciate how clean and safe the complex feels. If you’re looking for a solid place to live in the area, I’d definitely recommend!
Candlewyck apartments are really nice. They are clean, well kept and managed by a great lady. Her passion comes across when she's showing you an apartment. I plan on applying very soon.
I stopped into Candlewyck Apartments last Wednesday, and toured an apartment. The apartments are beautiful, the manager was very kind and knowledgeable. I can't really move in at this time, but you're definitely at the top of my list. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in search of a new home! 🏠
Well we were happy to finally get approved to move in after practically signing our life away agreeing to the terms on the 20+ page lease which took 2 tenants with employment income coming in and a guarantor which ended up being a family member. The units are nice as they come with a dishwasher, AC, cable box/Spectrum WiFi home Internet in each apt so everyone isn't logging down one connection. There's 6units per building with the 2nd & 3rd floor. units having a screened balcony, the basement does not. Each building is equipped with a washer & dryer which is funded by a reloadable card you purchase at your own expense but if you manage to still have it when you decide to move elsewhere then they'll refund you the 5.00 cost.
