Extremely poor communication, Reddit reviews make sense. I reached out on a Tuesday to schedule a viewing for a rental. I didn’t receive any response until Saturday, four full days later. When I called the number they texted me from, the guy (will leave out his name) was super rude and he refused to schedule anything over the phone and insisted on texting and not answering my questions. This made no sense to me, especially since I hadn’t heard from them all week and was trying to finally get something scheduled quickly. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but it should have been my first red flag. The owners and residents have no respect for their property. There is often broken glass in the parking lot and there is always dog poop in the grassy areas. It def sounds like a dorm in the weekends as well. Edited to add the fence issue: this fence keeps falling and they keep putting bandaids on it instead of actually fixing it or replacing it. There’s still dog poop everywhere and the trash is always piled up.
