Lofts 125

Whatever you do, go somewhere else! All the agents are unprofessional and untrained which lead to lots of miscommunication and confusion, which is why I was “denied”. When I applied for a tour, I had three different numbers texting me. They a woman showed me a few places in 125 Goff that she didn’t know anything about, I reached back out to them a few weeks later and was told she was new and then “left” the job position. Then the woman I dealt with after that was rude, made weird comments about tentants in the building she was showing me, super unhelpful, hated answering my questions, denied my application because I changed my mind on the unit I wanted. In the same building. Because NONE of their information is listed or stated anywhere so you’re at the whim of basically texting some rando

Lived here for one year, left immediately after the lease expired. Everything awful: A heating system that sounds like a jet engine, that same system turning to actual ice when you turn on the AC, fire alarms going off randomly, gigantic holes in the walls (for piping) that basically let me listen into the next three tenants' conversations and music (no joke), management coming into and out of the unit all of the time (once they removed a ceiling window and left it removed during a rainstorm without notice), security recordings of maintenance workers stealing my toilet paper to use it as paper towels. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Stay away. Stay far, far, far away.

Worst mistake moving here, I don’t even know where to start! Management is Horrendous!!! Aurora is the rudest, unprofessional, vindictive apartment manager you can possibly have. My whole experience here has been a nightmare with her. Anytime I would bring to her attention the troubles I have had in my loft (black mold, mice infestation, cockroach infestation) she would never respond to my texts and phone calls or emails. Then she would be petty because I would complain about these horrible living conditions, and give me attitude for parking in front for 5 mins to get something (mind you ppl park there over night every day and she says nothing to them) and tried to blame me a year later about my dog not being on my lease and it’s $50 extra a month . By far the worst lofts I have ever rented out from. The management is HORRIBLE Aurora is the rudest person I have ever met. They have a black mold, mice, and cockroach infestation! I have asked them to get exterminators multiple times they do not respond to texts or emails. Aurora spends her day smoking outside on the phone but cannot answer the phone how ironic

I moved here for the architectural beauty, but after living here for a year I would not make the same choice. When I first moved in, there was an anonymous letter in my mailbox listing tenant resources and tenants rights group in the state of rhode island. It was provided by another renter in the building who felt some sort of obligation to help new tenants. This is a huge red flag. The biggest problem with this complex is contaminated water. The water is dirty and frequently unsafe to drink. When I called the management company they referred me to the district water board, who informed me that the problem was with the building itself and therefore the landlords responsibility. I sent at least ten emails, texts, and calls to Mayfair Management about the water problem, and was ignored
